We are currently seeking friendly and enthusiastic Full-Time Servers to join our team for our different shifts.
Job Summary:
As a Full-Time Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents enjoy a positive dining experience in our community dining room. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving meals, and providing outstanding customer service in a warm and welcoming environment. This position is perfect for individuals who have a passion for working with seniors and strive to make a difference in their lives.
Key Responsibilities: - Greet residents and guests with a friendly demeanor and a warm smile.- Present menus and explain daily specials to residents.- Take meal orders accurately and efficiently.- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.- Assist residents with special dietary needs, preferences, and allergies as necessary.- Clear tables and clean dining areas between meals.- Assist with setting up and breaking down the dining area before and after meal service.- Build positive relationships with residents and encourage social interactions during meals.- Communicate any resident concerns to the dining services manager.- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe dining environment.
Qualifications: - Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role is preferred, but not required.- A passion for working with seniors and providing excellent customer service.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to handle a fast-paced environment.- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
