Maxwell Group/Senior Living Communities , based in Charlotte owns and manages luxury retirement communities along with other related senior living care entities in Connecticut, New Jersey, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, North Carolina & South Carolina. Now accepting applications for a Registered Dietitian responsible for administering and ensuring that the dining experience, at the highest level, in Senior Living Facilities is nutritionally sound, safe, healthy and fulfilling for all Residents. This position must be located near our Home Office in Charlotte or one of our communities. 3-4 days per week travel required. Prior experience in a similar role desired. Registered Dietitian certification required.
The RD makes certain that the nutritional screening, food preferences, and food acceptance are accurately obtained, monitored, and recorded in the medical record in accordance with state/federal regulations and facility guidelines.
