Charlotte’s Best Nanny Agency is assisting a family in Marvin/Waxhaw in finding a part-Time Nanny for their 3-month-old boy. The nanny would be needed 3 days a week, 6/6:30am to 2-3pm, bonus, (prefer Monday, Wednesday, Thursday). It would be helpful if the nanny were flexible to occasionally stay 30 minutes late if needed, but some days may end at 2pm.
The best nanny for this family would be caring, dependable, highly engaging, and have strong infant care experience, who truly enjoys caring for an infant. This role focuses on providing attentive, hands-on care while supporting developmental milestones through reading, singing, music, tummy time, play mats, play cards, and other age-appropriate toys. The nanny will be present and interactive during the baby’s waking hours, with no screen use for themselves and a strong emphasis on connection and engagement. While the baby is napping, the nanny should work on the infant-related tasks listed below.
Open, consistent communication with parents is essential, as the family values collaboration and dependability. Mom works from a home
office, so the ideal nanny is comfortable working in a household with a parent who works from home and can maintain a smooth, professional routine. The nanny should prioritize hygiene by washing hands frequently and be willing to wear a mask if they have been around sick individuals.
The family is hoping to find a long-term, nurturing nanny who will be a great fit and a trusted part of their household.
